Before reporting an outage, be sure to check the breakers below your meter and check for a functioning display on the meter. Members are responsible for a trip charge if the outage is due to tripped breakers.
If you decide the outage is not due to your breakers, please be sure to call the Cooperative with the following information:
- Name on the electric account
- Location of the electric service
- A meter number or the legal location (section, township, range) are helpful to identify the service
- Phone number where you can be reached
